Adoption Pending

Call Me Pesky has an unfortunate name for such an adorable boy. He's friendly, playful, very engaging and loves attention. When we rubbed his body or ears, he just melted with a smile on his face--what a moosh some of these boy are.   He has soft, expressive eyes that is so characteristic of some greyhounds. This sweetie is not a big boy.  He'll turn 2 years old in July.  He was cat workable in that he could be corrected away from the cat.

Foster Update 5/21/2012:

 Pesky is not pesky at all! He is a friendly, affectionate boy who loves playing with toys, and getting some attention. He gives us kisses when we come home and sometimes even a greyhound smile. He is learning house rules nicely, is fine in his crate and gets along well with our 2 male greyhounds.

Foster Update 6/15/2012

Pesky loves everyone he meets. Although he doesn't live with children, he seems to enjoy them, although very young children might find him too exuberant at times. He's been to two M&Gs, and really knew how to work the crowd. He's pretty much mastered housebreaking and stairs. He loves taking all the toys out of the basket and giving each one some playing time without destroying them. Pesky sleeps great all night on a dog bed on the floor next to our bed, and he even sleeps through my shower and getting dressed in the morning. He walks nicely on a leash, but would love a fenced yard to run in also. He has already learned to sit for treats! Since he learned this so quickly I'm sure he would be quick to learn lots of other things. Pesky is a happy, outgoing and playful guy, and very cute too!
