Elizabethe's Ezra whose name is now "Albus" was recently relinquished due to no fault of his own after 2 years of being in his home.  Financial reasons were cited as the reason for his return. He's 6 years old.   He's in a foster home and here is the foster mom's report:

Albus has been with us for about a week. He is a handsome boy who is
adjusting nicely. He's enjoying having a fenced in yard to run around in and
likes to lay in a shady spot in the hole the greys have dug under the
forsythia bush. He has had NO accidents, walks well on a leash, gets along
with the other dogs in the house and is good with kids. I was told by his
former owner that she had 2 cats and he was fine with them as well. He
whines a bit when it's feeding time which is kinda cute because you would
think we never fed him!( we are used to it because our boy whines all the
time). He has been a wonderful house guest thus far and we can't wait to see
his true greyhound personality. Every once in a while we see a little
glimmer of it but then he stops as if he is not ready to truly reveal
himself. He is loving and gives kisses. When I cut his nails, he doesn't
even flinch....what a good boy!!! This fella deserves a nice home, won't you
be his forever family?

Ezra--Has a personality that just doesn't quit. He is a nice loving greyhound that just wants to please his owner. Ezra is friendly with the other dogs and likes people, too--all he wants is to be loved. Ezra had a broken leg when he came to the prison but you would never know it now. Ezra has the biggest hazel eyes that would warm any families heart. Ezra is 4 years old and cat tolerant with supervision. Ezra no longer has a cast on his leg and he is "good to go." His pictures don't do him justice as they were taken shortly after he came off the hauler from Florida.
