Phoebe is an absolutely adorable girl who we are privileged to have welcomed to GFNJ from China and the meat trade. She is a sweet girl who is friendly and confident. She loves affection but is not pushy. She has a pep in her step as she proudly prances next to the person holding her lead. Phoebe is 7 years old and although she loves people, no cats, please.  The adoption fee for Phoebe and any International dog is $500 to help to defray the very high cost of travel for these dogs.
